Use /mcp/v1. Each URL is its own OAuth resource. A token issued for one URL does not work at another.
/mcp/v1 also accepts older tokens with the mcp:photos scope, so clients that connected before the current server keep working.

Annotations
Each tool carries tool annotations. Clients can use them to decide which calls need the user's approval.

Results
No tool declares an outputSchema. Each tool returns one text content block with a JSON string. The display tools also return structuredContent for their MCP App. get_image_bytes returns an image block.

Ids
Image and album ids match ^[A-Za-z0-9_-]{1,128}$. A value outside that pattern fails input checks before the tool runs.
