Download an image rendition

GET 
/ext/v2/images/:id/renditions/:name

Returns the image bytes. The original file is never served.

Send your API key, or use the signed url from an image response as is. Signed URLs carry exp and sig and work for 15 minutes without a key. Revoking a key does not cancel signed URLs that already exist.
